This deluxe tool has a die that punches the center hole and prong holes for the common sense eyelet and socket in one easy squeeze. Its great for applications that call for a newly made cover to be installed over Twist-Lock fasteners which are already screwed down on the boat. This tool does not required you to take the fabric down to punch the hole, you just position the tool over the stud pull the fabric tight and press the lever.
